2nd may 2008

Media today , i filled up my blog and updated it . We also wrote about different types of styles of game design etc. One fact i learnt today was that anime is used in pokemon and manga etc. I found this interesting because i learnt lots of facts i never new before. We had to get together diffierent peices of information on styles of animation and put them together in an essay to show our understanding of this.

wednesday 30th april 08.

Media 30th april 2008. Media today was good , because we had or film ready to edit with an exception of gemas bit , we had it ready for editing . So we got on with that asap. I personaly find the editing hard too do, but we ot on with it and worked well as a team to compete this task. Our aim is to have a good horror film to show at the Girmsby award oscars . The title of our film i scalled i see danger . !

Wednesday 23rd april. 08.

Today in media , tradgedy struck big time. Our tape had gone , all our hard work had gone , everything on the tape that we had filmed had all disapered. Dan and toby tryed to fix it but they couldnt , so therfore we had to start again. ! We had to start flming everytingg , soo we got on with it straight away . luckly we had enough time to get our filming done. we are now up to the editing status of our film. We alsoo went out to film our film this week and we got it all done .

Today in media 14/3rd/08 we carried on furthering our game character. We had to draw out our game character and scan it in using the scanner and then edit it on photo shop. We got a quick tutorial on how to use photoshop. I listened well and understood what too do. Altough i cannot draw i got a simple image off google and traced that image .

I found todays work compicated and hard. i cannot use photo shop very well.
The aim of our task today was to clone. We did ths by using up too 4 tools. The lasso markey , zoom tool , brush tool and the guide lies.

I knew wich tool was wich although i found it hard using them.
In the end i got on and asked for help and compleated my work , her are my screen shots.

Here is my finished result.
I changed the colour of her eye
And the shade o her skin
and took away the wrinkles.

My coments on graphic deign.

To be honest, i didnt really enjoy graphic designe as it was very photo shop orientated.. i myself cannot use photoshop very well.
I didnt think we was tought much about it although the teacher did try her best to help us. We first of all created a game character , i decided to draw mine by hand and scan it in to colour in and jazz it up by using photo shop. But we changed modules to making th BEE MOOVIE titile effect so i didnt get round to it .

To help us develop more understanding we got a big booklet of a4 paper with all the different types of tools we could use to create a photo shop picture. This helped me alot but i still was not sure.

One of our first projects was making a teddy bear.. i found this very easy as it was using simple tools to crate a simple teddy bear.
